You have 14 days from the day you receive your online purchase to return your items.
Simply follow these 4 steps in our return procedure:
Make sure you have the Return Label, you can easily request a return label by emailing us at office@teddyandfreddydesigns.com.
1. PREPARATION
- Return your item using the bag / box it was delivered in.
- Place the items you want to return in the parcel
2. PACKING
- Stick the return label on the parcel, and make sure that it covers the original shipping label
- Seal your return parcel securely so that it doesn’t get damaged on its way back
3. RETURN
- You can return your parcel through your local Austrian Post post office.
- Remember to ask for a receipt as proof that you have returned the parcel and keep it till we have processed your return
4. REFUND
- It may take up to 14 business days for the item to get back to our warehouse
- Once we’ve received your parcel in the warehouse, we will send you a return confirmation email
- Once your return has been processed, we will issue a refund to the payment method that you chose when you made your order. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Please note that it can take several days before the money is back in your bank account, depending on the terms and policies of your bank
Note: Return shipping is free for customers within Austria. Return shipping from the EU, UK and all other International countries will be at the cost of the consumer. All returned items must be in its original condition inclusive of labels in order to qualify for a refund. Products that are returned that don't meet these guidelines will not be refunded.
Teddy & Freddy Designs does not assist in VAT refund for the purchase, refund of shipping costs or return shipping of products from our online shop, which are exported outside of Austria by individuals or corporate customers.
Note: Please be aware that the 'Personalise your loungesuit design' is personalised specifically to the request of our customers & is therefore unique.
