Not iron safe - not to worry though because our Loungwear doesn't require ironing. They're wrinkle free, wash after wash!

Yes! It's one of our favourite things to do! All of our packages are sent in our beautifully designed boxes with branded tissue paper at no extra charge! No invoice or delivery note will be placed into the parcel so no price will be displayed when giving your gift. We can also organise a personalised note to be placed into the parcel. Please leave us at note at checkout if you would like gift wrapping and a personalised note to be placed into your gift parcel. 

We use industry-standard sizing to ensure that you don't have to spend unnecessary time searching through sizing charts. Our sizes are displayed in both European standard sizes (cm) and American/Australian sizes (months/years old). While our Loungesuits have a little bit of stretch in them we encourage our customer to purchase a size up if they are unsure the child will fit the age size displayed. 

At Teddy & Freddy we hand pick our fabric to ensure every piece of loungewear is ultra soft and durable. We want to ensure that our products can easily be washed and dryed in the machine without ironing.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, opps we apologize! 

Simply contact our customer support team at office@teddyandfreddydesigns.com with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number and we will get back to you promptly. 

For our customers within the European union no import taxes will apply to your purchase. However, our friends in the UK and Australia will be subject to import tax, this fee will be down to the customer to pay.
